Hi, I'm assuming you mean Window-Eyes 7.5, not 5.5. In any case, alt-t,
then o for options. Also, you can no longer use the mouse keys to
navigate any part of the screen when using IE9. This is because
Microsoft now uses UIA in IE9 and the OSM is no longer an option. As
more and more programs take advantage of this newer technology, you will
find this behavior. Currently if you have IE9 installed, the mouse keys
won't work for reviewing IE9 screens and Windows Help screens. Another
program which uses UIA is Windows Live Messenger 2011.
