Hi. Here's how to change the synthesizer. Open the Window-eyes control panel with control backslash. Press the letter d until you hear devices. Press right arrow to expand the devices node. Tab to synthesizers an thentab to the list of synthesizers. Press the letter for the synthesizer you want and press enter. Tab to the button to keep the synthesizer, otherwise within 15 seconds, Window-eyes will switch back to the synthesizer you are using. I think that this is a great feature built into Window-eyes to prevent accidentally selecting a synth you don't have. Also, remember, that you will also hear a series of ascending tones regardless of what choice you make. Again, I can't say enough about this feature. It can get you out of a sticky situation, smile.
