Hi. If it has been about a week and there has been no response from GW Micro, and the fact that this issue cropped up only yesterday, I am considering uninstalling and reinstalling Window-eyes by using the emergency removal tool and going from there. I have not had this problem on my Dell XPS laptop. I updated to the latest GW Toolkit on Friday, April 22, the day of its release.
As I stated in a previous post, I have not encountered this problem until I uninstalled and reinstalled Window-eyes 7.5 on my desktop to perhaps resolve another issue. Like you, Kevin, I think there should be some sort of feedback. Mike M. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
