Mike,
Window-Eyes supports hot keys for reading the prior, current, and next
character, word, line, sentence, and paragraph. As the prior/next
commands are rarely used, the keys to use them are undefined by default.
If you go to the Window-Eyes control panel with Control-Backslash,
navigate to Hot Keys/Cursor. If you want the prior/next keys to work
only while in Word, make sure Show Advanced Options is checked inside
the Help menu. Then, for each hot key, press the toggle scope button to
set them to program, and define them to your liking. Remember to press
Control-S to save once you're satisfied with the changes.
