Hello Mike, in addition to what Steve wrote you, there are hot keys
within Word itself which move by these textual units. When the cursor
moves by these units, Window-Eyes also speaks. Control-left/right is for
moving by word, Control-Up/Down is for paragraph, and Control-Shift-Page
Up/Down is for Sentence.
If you are in Word and if you are using the current Office sets for your
version of Word, press Control-Shift-? and the context help will come
up. You can read this and it gives many useful hot keys - both
Window-Eyes and Word ones, which you can use.
