about that, I am using the schools router at the moment so I can't check
that, but it is not just at school where this happens, it happens at home
and it happens at mickey d's wireless internet , it also happens when I am
connected to a router with a cable. it has to be something in my windows but
I can't figure it out. I did not have this problem in windows 7 32 bit in my
old computer. it started when I got my new computer. with my old computer I
would use it with the same routers as I do with my new computer. there is
nothing else I can do to trouble shoot this. I just don't understand why it
doesn't work, I think I am going to put my old version of windows on here.

As I and other users have not been able to reproduce this, I am not sure
what is causing Miranda to log you out of MSN. Make sure UPNP is enabled
on both your machine and in your router settings, and that "Accept UPNP
Connections" is checked in the Network tab of the Miranda options. If
all of those check out, then try connecting directly to the internet for
a while and bypass the router completely. Finally, what does setting up
a completely fresh profile yield?

First, make sure you are up-to-date with Miranda. Also be sure no
firewalls on your system are getting in the way. Pidgin does not work
with any Windows screen reader since it is GTK-based.
