I would like to suggest that you try the Windows Narrator to see if that
is helpful in getting your Window-Eyes install started. The speech is
no match for Window-Eyes, but it does read the screen for you.
Press the Windows key and U at the same time. Then press Alt N to start
Narrator. Like I said, the speech is not the best, but it is helpful to
hear where you are.

Hi.
When you insert the Window-Eyes CD, an autoplay type dialogue box
appears. The first item selected is run setup.exe. So press enter. The
user account control dialogue box appears. Press alt-y to activate the
yes button and allow the installation program to run.
Take care.

Hi gang,
I just purchased a Gateway DX4850 desktop with windows 7. My sister is
coming next Wednesday and hopefully can help me get it going. In the
meantime I am getting anxious and am trying to install wineyes 7.5. I
put the disc in but nothing happens. It doesn't start to install
automatically like it does in my xp machine. How do I get the wineyes
disc to start? Thanks for any suggestions.
