While Outlook is closed,
1. Open Window-Eyes with Control-Backslash.
2. Press Alt-F, F to open the factory settings dialog.
3. Press O until you reach Office 2010.
4. Press Enter to install the set files. If prompted to merge or
replace dictionaries or context-sensitive help, choose replace.
5. Once you are returned to the list of set files, press Escape to
close the dialog.
6. Press Escape one more time to minimize Window-Eyes.
if your spell checker continues to prove problematic, please send us a
screen shot to [email protected] so we can see if there is something
obscuring the spellcheck window.

I am using WE 7.5 and Outlook 2010. Once an error is found by spell
check, I am not able to edit the error. If I use my left and right arrow
keys I hear nothing spoken, even though WE reports that I am in the edit
