Robin,

If you are having the trouble with the message list of which I am aware, you 
can usually correct it by ALT-TABbing away from Lotus Notes and then back to 
it.  This is an annoying bug but ALT-TAB should help.

When you upgrade to Notes 8.5.2, you will need to be sure to use the "basic" 
version of Lotus Notes which will look pretty much like what you currently 
use.  There may be a few settings you have to change, although the upgrade 
process may bring your existing settings along.

I didn't notice any changes in how Window-Eyes 7.2 and 7.5 acted with Lotus 
Notes, but there are other reasons to consider switching.  Sorry, I have not 
done much with the messaging features.  It's on my list.
