Unfortunately it's an ancient oddity that's been in Eloquence for as long as I
can remember. I seldom use that synth, but was using it recently and reminded of
this. I've never heard of any workaround for it.

Tom

Subject: Eloquence slowing down
Hi,
Using W7 HP 32, WE 7.5
Now that my Triple Talk USB is giving trouble, I have been experimenting with
Eloquence and the WE Dec Talk while a decision is made whether to buy an
external synthesiser or use one of the above .
Although Eloquence gives the more accurate pronumciation, to my ears anyway,
after reading a paragraph or two, the speech slows and becomes deeper.
Is there anyway of fixing this problem?
Thanks
Neville.
