At the risk of raising an off topic issue, I'm going to take the chance. This
isn't a problem with Window Eyes, but the problem is one that probably only
aggravates screen reader users. Perhaps someone on the list knows why it occurs
or what to do about it, or both.

This is a problem I've encountered with Outlook attachments, but only from some
senders. As most of you know, a quick way to open attachments is to use the
Context key and either arrow down to View Attachment or hit the "H" key so you
arrive on that item. At that point, the user finds a list of attachments.
Alternately, the user can go to the file menu and select Save Attachments.

When some senders include attachments, neither of the ways of opening
attachments described above will work. The only way to access attachments from
these senders is to open the message and use the cursor keys, the far right
numpad keys, to arrow up to the attachments and then first select the item and
then open it.

It's not impossible to get the attachments, just cumbersome and it wastes time.
As far as I can tell, this happens when the sender is using Apple equipment.

I'll appreciate any ideas on why this happens. Is there something the sender
can change to keep this from happening? Is there another work-around when we
encounter the problem?
