Unfortunately, I don't think any of the modern BIOS' can be accessed by a blind person in full. I know, that HP and Acer did have software on their systems a couple of years ago, that would let you - in a somehow accessible way - access certain parts of the BIOS. But if you really want to perform anything meaningful in the BIOS, I am afraid you will need some eyes. Yet another of these cases, where we drop out; but that is part of life.
