What is the error message you get? Maybe that will help track down the
problem.

The service pak may have to be installed alone. Probally if you restart
your PC and then go to Win update and try it will work..

Hello folks. In my system tray I am getting the message new updates
are available. However, when i click on this icon to instal windows
instals everything accept for the windows 7 service pack 1. Instead of
installing I get an error and I am asked to retry. When I retry it
does not work either. any help you can give me will be greatly
