Note that I found this by searching Google. If this fails to
resolve the issue you'll likely want to consult with Microsoft or a
computer technician off list.

The service pak may have to be installed alone. Probally if you restart
your PC and then go to Win update and try it will work..

Hello folks. In my system tray I am getting the message new updates
are available. However, when i click on this icon to instal windows
instals everything accept for the windows 7 service pack 1. Instead of
