Are you using the tb enhanced ap?
This was an issue that was resolved by going to the top of the reply
window and hitting enter and then up arrowing once. For some reason we
repeats the first letter of the original message when you backspace or
back arrow.
I am trying to think if this has happened lately but I cannot remember.
