Regarding your Windows Live Mail issue, which version of WLM and IE are
you using? Is there an email you can forward to us which consistently
reproduces the problem?
Regarding the second problem, has Window-Eyes locked up, or is it no
longer running? Again, is this something you are able to reproduce at will?
