Casey,

Which versions of Windows and Window-Eyes are you running? Have updates recently been installed?

Regards,
Steve

Hi I can't use the mouse on my keyboard with my window-eyes.
I can hit the buttons that will give me top left and bottom left and top
right and bottom right.
but when I try to read on the screen with the mouse.
It just dings at me.
So what could be causing this and does this mean that I may have to
reinstall window-eyes all over again?
Or can this be corrected a different way?
The keyboard mouse will not read anything no mater what program or area
I am on in the computer.
