Hello Charlotte,
Please install the WE Diag app from App Central, and once done, press
Control-Alt-Q. Window-Eyes will gather some diagnostic information about
your machine, ask you for your contact info as well as what the problem
is, and allow you to send the report to us for investigation.
Regards,
Steve

Hi I can't use the mouse on my keyboard with my window-eyes.
I can hit the buttons that will give me top left and bottom left and
top right and bottom right.
but when I try to read on the screen with the mouse.
It just dings at me.
So what could be causing this and does this mean that I may have to
reinstall window-eyes all over again?
Or can this be corrected a different way?
The keyboard mouse will not read anything no mater what program or
area I am on in the computer.
Casey
