To be fair, the people at Eset have done a good job at making the software 
accessible and its detailed in the help menus on how its done and this has 
probably been summarised on this list a thousand times at least <smile>.

Anti virus technology is changing all the time, wasn't all that long ago when 
F-Secure was extremely usable.

My only slight annoyance with Eset Smart Security had nothing to do whatever 
with the software's accessibility and for all I know, the softwares scanning 
facilities may have been updated since then.
