Since Eloquence Fix has no hot keys, that doesn't make much sense. In
any case, glad things are working now.

Steve, it appears the problem was with the Eloquence Fix app. I unloaded
it, downloaded the most current version, then re-installed it.
Set the app status back to on and everything appears to be OK.
When I went through each app one at a time, the error didn't come up,
but eloquence fix caused WE to stop speaking and didn't allow me to
close it with the close Window-Eyes hot key insert+control+F4.
