Hello Vaun, I have tried contacting Audible UK and they have said that they
are working on it, but it will not be a quick fix. That is why I just use
the free version of System Access from the satogo.com website.

I wonder if in part - my problem relates to browsers rather than
Window-eyes, but will also check out the Audible help as suggested along

For what it's worth, I am not having any problems downloading books using
Internet Explorer 8 with Window-Eyes 7.5.1 on three machines running Windows
XP Home SP3 with all of the updates.  Sometimes, I have heard it can be
problematic getting Internet Explorer and the download manager to work
together.  Accessing samples of audiobooks with Window-Eyes and IE8 doesn't
work for me.  It used to work with Firefox; don't know if it does with
Version 6 of that browser.  It seems to me that Audible cares more than some
other benders about accessibility.
There's even information on screen readers in the Audible help section.
