Survey results: the survey was designed poorly. It would seem to me that the designers of the survey should have, at the very least, made sure the survey is accessible using more than one Web browser and/or more than one screen reader. I tried completing the survey once using Firefox 6 and Window-Eyes 7.5.1. If the pages on the survey site were designed using standard controls, either Firefox 6 or Window-Eyes 7.5.1 failed miserably. If the pages were not designed using standard controls, the survey failed miserably.
