Hi, I'm having a problem with my Windows xp home machine sp 3 with window eyes
7.5.1. It seems that the Window Updator agent hasn't updated, and I cannot
find the program online to download to get my version of windows xp to update
anymore. This has happened on two systems (no, each one has it's own copy of
windows onit, no piracy here).
Aparently, when I log on to the Windows update site, it states that I have
the agent version 6, but the current version is:
7.4.7600.226
I found a knowledge base article on it, and it gave directions on an automated
way to fix this, but when I click on the link, nothing happens. I mean, if I
hit the up arrow key, it says, "loading" but I left my system running like that
for 3 hours and nothing happened.
I have tried windows update 3 seperate times on both systems, to no avail.
Any suggestions on how to fix this. I cannot get any updates anymore.
