Seriously, at this stage, I don't think its possible.
It was never done last time that way as well.
If you want to use other people computer, you just need to load your screen
reader on it. You can't expect you can use your friend's computer without
installing a screen reader by walking to it or just linking to it.
RDP, citrix works in quite a similar manner.
