Hi Jed
I would say, possibly the best thing to do is to repair internet
explorer, or revert back to an earlier version, that is if you haven't
tried the above 2 things already. I've heard about a lot of problems
people had when upgrading with internet explorer 9, and because IE8 does
what I need it to, I don't see a need to upgrade, at least not right
away. I haven't seen a real compelling reason to upgrade. Anyways hope
one of those suggestions will help get IE back to normal.

Hey guys,
Does anyone know the reason for this? This is happening more and more for
some unexplainable reason.
I.e just keep loading a web page, but yet there is nothing there. It says
100 percent but there is nothing.
In order to get it working, you have to shut it down from the task manager.
This makes absolutely no sense, it's almost like it works when it wants to.
Any ideas?
It's really annoying
