I've had this same situation and it does seem to be doing it more
frequently these days. And then all of a sudden later it works just
great like it should without me having done anything to it. When it
starts going to the web page it says five percent and then almost
immediately it says 100 percent so you know it hasn't really gotten
there yet. Then it's just silent as you say. I didn't know whether
that is a wineyes issue or windows issue or I E 8cause. Sometimes
if you hit the F5 key often enough it will finally finish loading,
but that's rare. Hope somebody comes up with a magic answer.
