Hi, Due to pc issues, I had to re-install WE last week and I've been pulling my hair out ever since.
File menu items aren't spoken. For example I was trying to access the Window-Eyes manual so I did control backslash to bring the control panel up. I then pressed the alt key and arrowed right a couple of times to get to the help submenu but the only info I get when doing this is pull down. I have no clue what menu item I'm at. Same thing for buttons and dialog boxes. No info is spoken. I checked my screen resolution and it's set to 1280 by 800. Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.
