If you're running the TB ap it tries to manage set files without
associating them. If not you should manually associate Thunderbird.set
with the main window, Thunderbird_write.set with the composition window,
and ThunderbirdSpl.set with the spell checker window. Be sure to
associate them with the window, not the class.
