Greetings everyone I am not able to get WE to read MS Word documents when they are opened from a link in Internet Explorer versions 8 and 9. Unlike Adobe Reader I was not able to find any settings to change this behaviour. My work around is to save the document then open it in MS Word. I am noticing that I am receiving more and more documents through this method as I am using more and more FTP types of sites for sharing documents.
