Hi all, I just tried the f7 spell check in Word 2010, and it wasn't bad. No, it didn't automatically read everything; however, using the read line twice on either the mis-spelled word, or when in the list of possible corrections, would always spell the word.
to get the list of corrections you tab once to get in the list, then (for now) you must go down once and back up to get the first correction in the list to show. then you can press read line twice if you want it spelled, and down arrow through the list. (obviously having to down and up arrow on the list of possible corrections is the biggest annoyance, but it should be easily fixed). Richard has already mentioned the two keystrokes which move you through the document to find the next or previous mis-spelled word, and in case you didn't know, you can right click any word which you think may be mis-spelled, and if it is, Word will have a list of possible corrections you can choose from as the first entries in the context menu. if it's spelled ok, then you'll see the usuall cut, copy, and paste choices. hth, Chip -----Original Message----- From: JOHNYE [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, November 30, 2011 6:50 PM To: [email protected] Subject: FW: Spell Checking in Word 2010 with WE 7.5.2 I have been having this same problem. For me, the same issue existed even with Word2007 and Windoweyes 7.5.1. I have reported the issue and asked for help to no avail. I finally gave up and stopped trying. I hope it will be answered or resolved this time. Solomon. At 04:53 PM 11/30/2011, Mary Anne Lynskey wrote: >Hi everybody. I have a problem with MS Word 2010 ever since installing >WE 7.5.2.
