Hello Chris and all on the gw micro list that use Sonar 8.5 and Window-Eyes. I have read your message on the musicians mailing list archives, and I found out what is causing the Window-Eyes problem with Sonar where if you reload Sonar it doesn't speak. What is happening is if you have all scripts turned on, if you run Sonar, the left and right arrow keys do not work this is because for some reason the scripts loses focus and you have to restart Window-Eyes to get it to work, though sometimes that doesn't always work. The solution I have found is to run each script seprately, and not have them all enabled. Because on my system, I don't know if you have that problem or not, if I have all scripts enabled my window-Eyes after a while crashes. What I do is have Window-Eyes set to manual scripting. That way you can choose which scripts to run. For those of you that don't know how to do this, press control backslash, then press alt a for ap management, then, press enter on ap management. This is the first item so you'll want to press enter. Then arrow down to manual, and press enter. Then you can load each script manually, and Window-Eyes and Sonar should them work fine, but you have to manually start the script by going into ap manager, and press b for basic Sonar, and then press alt t. I hope this helps! >From Sky.
