On my machine, xp service pak 3, window-eyes 7.5.2, the ctrl-l command doesn't
work when trying to contact a number that is offline with voice mail. However,
it does give some rings with a contact that is simply offline, but the ringing
will stop after a short while. One would think that if a person is offline
with voicemail, then ctrl-l would at least ring the number for a bit then take
your call to voicemail.

ctrl-l does work as expected when the contact is online. I suspect the problem
may be related to the issue of ctrl-v not working to make a voice mail call.

Thanks for the opportunity to report and overall, I like the product quite well.

Steve
work for those just showing offline. At least the number starts to ring.
Likewise, I cannot use the call option ctrl-l under the context menu nor in the
call selected contact in the contacts menu.
