I have the same problem. I have been labeling the same graphics every time I restart the computer. If they are not ones that shipped whith WE they don't stick. The tool tip part will speek when the mouse is passed over it after WE calls it a graphic. I press ctrl shift E to label it alt s to save and they will not stay defined. Restart and all the GRAPHIC speeking comes back. Hi, Had to do a restart. When Window-Eyes started up and I came back in to Windows Live Mail, my graphics were not retained. I had updated them and saved them. Not good.
