did you download the wlm app? one thing to remember though the wlm app have there own set files and msmail.gra files and will erase your settings every time this app gets updated. the graphics for mail status is not in the .gra file supplied. so if you did define your own they will be erased unless you backup the msmail.gra file to another folder and re copy it back into the default folder where the set files are. look in the dictionaries menu then go to status. and to graphic dictionary. check that include program dictionaries is checked. then search for the msmail.gra and save it. when you define your graphics you have to tab to add entry then tab to save settings. then they will be saved. and make sure it is being saved to the msmail.gra file and not the graphic.gra file. the only time i lose these graphics is if i have live mail opened and have to reload w e. then the graphics will not be there until i close and reopen live mail. this applies to all programs that have defined graphics. like o e, windows mail, outlook etc. i have not found the settings for the business cards. except when composeing the message. but you have to tab to insert and tell it to add the business card. i have not found where to create a buisness card either. not that i need one. grin

When Window-Eyes started up and I came back in to Windows Live Mail, my graphics were not retained. I had updated them and saved them. Not good. Also Live Mail attaches a business card to my emails. I think I am about through with Live Mail. Pastor Gil If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
