Hi Steve and all.
I have a friend who is running GWSkype and her problem is that when she opens
the program, it sits there not responding and then closes. What can she do to
fix this problem? I told her to uninstall and reinstall with no success.
Anuything else she can try? She is running Windows XP.

Yes. Close GWSkype, remove %appdata%\gwskype\settings.dat, and restart the
program to cause it to revert to its default settings.
