Hi Cliff, Thanks for the advice. Both were set as you suggested. Wlm was my main e mail client and outlook was not checked as my main e mail client.
It is only plain text e mails that appear to be sent via outlook. The rest are fine. I wonder if there is something in microsoft word causing this particular problem? Beleive this or not but this e mail is being written in wlm in plain text format but is beng sent via outlook. Outlook is not open. Thanks again Cliff. Tab through it and you should see a check box that says make Outlook the default for e-mail, contacts, and calendar. Uncheck that. There probably is an option in WLM to make it the default.
