this is what i do;

open the email and then with your mouse key pad go to the top with the
number 7 go down one line with the number 2, that will put you on the
sender, then right click with mouse key. acontext menu will pop up, down
arrow with your keyboard curser keys until you hear ad sender to outlook
contacts and hit enter and you are done.

Subject: ot outlook problem

Hi List,

I have recently installed outlook. I've searched everywhere to find out how
to add an e mail sender to my address book/outlook contacts. I found an
article on Microsoft web site that informed me that I had to right click the
e mail and there would be an option to add sender to address book. I tried
but no option of that kind was there. I am using outlook 2007. With w.e
7.5.2.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Live long and prosper, John
