I'd also be interested in the answer to this one as I've got exactly the same problem as John. I right click on a message but no option to add sender to the address book as there used to be in Outlook Express. Like John, I'm using Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine with Window-Eyes 7.5.2.
