I did update to Thunderbird 10.0 and nothing changed. The TB enhanced
app includes two set files called Thunderbird.set and
Thunderbird_write.set. Neither of these sets are ever loaded when using
TB. The only set file being used is default.set. Maybe I am assuming
incorrectly that if these two set files are part of the TB enhanced app
they should be used.
