Hi Trish, I don't know if there's a quick hot key way to do it or not but what I've always done is turn browse mode off with ctrl-shift-a then shift-tab to get to the attachment. Then press enter which gives the open or save box. Also, if there's more than one attachment, after pressing shift-tab to get to the list, you can arrow to the one you want then hit enter. That's always worked for me. Nancy
