Hi Dave, You'll need to learn how to go into the footnote edit more for your version of Word; while you are there, you can copy out the text for the footnote, then return to the main document.
There are at least two e-books for sale on how to use Word 2010 with window-eyes (GW sells one of them), and these would tell you how to do this if you have Word 2010. I think 2007 is about the same. When you are in the main document and you hear a line with a footnote, you'll need to navigate across this line until you come to the footnote; then, you could right click it and choose to edit it, so you can get it's text copied. hth, Chip > -----Original Message----- > From: Dave bahr [mailto:[email protected]] > Sent: Saturday, February 11, 2012 5:34 PM > To: gw-info > Subject: footnotes in word > > Hi list, > > If I have a document with numerous footnotes, how can I read > those footnotes word by word?
