Window-Eyes 7.5.3 supports the latest version of Firefox from Mozilla.
If you ever want to review text with the mouse while in this browser,
you will want to disable the advanced graphical rendering. Instructions
for accomplishing this can be found at http://www.gwmicro.com/kb1127.
