Hi Wendy, Often, strange message like this in Word are caused by not having the window maximized; so, try maximizing it first. If you don't have the window manager app, which automatically maximizes windows for you, I'd certainly recommend it. Don't confuse it with the window maximizer app, which I don't recommend because it can sometimes cause problems with some programs.
