Subject: Remote Assistance possibly broken?

Hello all.
Please can I have your help?
I'm trying to help somebody over Remote Assistance. I am using Windows 7
Professional 64 bit while the client is running Windows 7 Starter. When I ask
for help and the client requests the help, as soon as they click ok it sits
there for a while, then displays an error 10060 connection socket. Similarly,
if I request the help and the client asks for it, I get the same message. But
not only that, on the client end it sits there, does nothing, and only shows a
cancel button.
So is this feature broken at all? We both allowed it through our native Windows
Firewalls, and we are both connected to the internet.
If you can duplicate like we could, thank you very much in advance. It would be
greatly appreciated.
