Jeff,

I don't use that site, but I know that Wells Fargo requires that one allow 
redirection.  It is possible 
that Bank America could have just started doing the same thing.  Make sure that 
"Suspend" is off.  you 
might also need to "allow metarefresh" in your browser, and where that is 
depends upon your browser.  In 
Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, pick the Security tab, Select 
Internet, press the 
"Custom" button, and then press "M" which should jump you down to Miscelaneous. 
 Using DOWN ARROW from 
there should bring you to "Allow Metarefresj" or something similar.  Obviously 
this may also vary with 
the version of Internet Explorer.

I don't know if this will help but it is worth checking.
