Nancy, thank you so much for your post.
A clarification: a Bank of America tech support person just told me she
hadn't heard of this failed logon problem. There was a difficulty with
AOL users recently, she said, but not with users logging in via Windows
7 and IE 9. I just tried Firefox 10.2, and logging on to Bank of
America worked fine without deleting cookies. The problem on my system
is limited to IE 9. The only way for me to logon via IE 9 is to delete
cookies first. I'm going to run a virus scan for safety's sake. If any
other Bank of America customers would care to try to logon via IE9, I
know I and at least one other user of this list would appreciate hearing
about the results.

Jed, I have recently received a similar error message. My fix was to
delete the cookies in my browser and try again. I had to fill in the
state in which my account is located and answer a security question
because the B of A site treated my computer as unknown. I plan to call
Support later today and find out what's going on.

Hi Jed,
I use Bank of America with WE and don't seem to have any problems. Today
I'm
on a Vista system with IE9 if that makes any difference. The other day,
however, I was on a Win7 system with IE9 and was able to transfer funds
from
one account to another. I didn't have any trouble downloading a PDF
statement the other day when someone else asked a related question. You
might want to send an email to the BOA accessibility team if you think
it's
connected to using WE somehow. They answered me within a few hours when I
contacted them recently.

Anyone use on line banking from bank of america?
For the last 2 weeks i have been unable to sign in. I'm getting an
error,
saying we are unavailable to process your request. i've changed nothing
in
terms of the way i've been logging in for years.
Anyone else use window-eyes on their home page?
Thanks,
Jed
