Are you going to the WE file menu and choosing
explore profile to find the wineyes.ini? If so
then the line should be in there. If not then
you are probably looking at the wrong wineyes.ini.

wineyes.ini with NotePad, but I did not find the
line BlockInsertToggle to set to =0 as the
upgrade info had instructed. Am I to add this
