Ended up having to uninstall Wineyes and start over again from 7.5. Browse mode works again. ----- Original Message ----- From: Rob Hudson To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, April 05, 2012 10:31 PM Subject: weird browse mode issue
Running wineyes 7.5.4. Browse mode is now very weird. Pressing enter on links produces no result; pressing space bar on buttons produces a response of "Not a valid key press," and even if I hit enter on the button which turns browse mode off and activates it, nothing happens. It's like Wineyes has lost track of where it's supposed to be. Restarting wineyes doesn't fix it; restarting the MSAA application-firefox, outlook express, whatever-doesn't fix it; and a reboot doesn't fix it either. As I say this seems to be some kind of tracking/focus issue. I uninstalled Adobe reader, firefox crashed, and after that is when this weird thing started happening. Running xp sp3. Any thoughts on fixing it? If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
