You don't get a run/save dialog anymore because Microsoft did away with
it. All downloads are accessed via the Notification Bar, or the Download
manager (Control-J).
We did a Webinar about using IE9 and accessing the Notification Bar back
in March (refer to www.gwmicro.com/training/webinar_training,
specifically, "March 14, 2012: Downloading files in Internet Explorer 9
