I would recomand nod32 over the microsoft securiety cause it is blind 
friendly and there is absoultly no custmor service for the microsoft product 
after all it is free.
the tech support for nod32 is very well and friendly they will tell you what 
they are doing and stay on the phone until the issue is resolved.
